Coping With Change

Download this 13 slide PowerPoint, ‘Coping With Change’ to help children understand more about what change is and what things can cause changes in their lives.  Use the resource to encourage children to think about how change makes them feel; positive or negative feelings.   Prompt discussion about how change can be difficult and what things they can do if they are struggling to cope with change.  The PowerPoint ends by reminding children to talk about their feelings with a ‘trusted adult’ if they are worried about change.
